We'll begin with a short conversation about what's present for you, move into the healing work, and close with time to debrief and integrate. Intuitive insights often arise naturally during sessions and are woven in as part of the experience.

We'll spend time exploring your personal energy signature, your gifts, what parts of you are calling for your attention, and what's emerging in your life.

Sessions may include imagery, symbolic guidance, soul-level insight, or messages that arise organically. We'll talk through what it means for you and what to do with it. Time on the table for energy work integrates what was brought up in conversation and leaves you feeling centered and relaxed.

You'll leave with personalized follow-up notes covering both the insights and your action steps — something many clients return to long after the session ends.

A focused reading into your energy, your path, and your spirit team. My style is very conversational, not just a one-way reading.

Before we meet, I'll tune in and prepare. During our time together, what comes through becomes the starting point for dialogue, coaching, and practical next steps tailored to support you where you are.

Afterward, you'll receive personalized written notes capturing the key insights, imagery, guidance, and action steps we discussed — something many clients return to long after the session ends.

For those ready for ongoing, deeper work. This is spiritual coaching combined with intuitive guidance. Each session explores what's arising in your life with both practical clarity and energetic insight. Between sessions, you'll have email and/or text support for questions, reflections, and continued momentum.
