Hi! I’m Amy.

I’m an energy healer, an intuitive, and a spiritual coach. I help people access a sense of calm, find clarity and purpose, and learn to trust their instincts.

I love forging connections with people, setting a positive vision, and holding “good energy” so others can shine. This is what I bring to my work with clients.

How I got here…

I've always been highly sensitive and empathic. For a long time that felt like a liability — absorbing other people's energy, feeling overly responsible for things around me, easily overwhelmed in ways I couldn't fully explain.

It took years of inner work, training, and a lot of life lessons to understand that sensitivity isn't a flaw. It's a finely tuned instrument. Learning to work with it — rather than against it — changed everything for me. Now it's the foundation of how I show up for clients.

That journey through coaching, intuitive development, and energy work is exactly why I do this. I know what it feels like to be searching for clarity when everything feels murky. And I know what's possible on the other side of that.

My training and background

I'm a Reiki Master, including work with the GW Center for Integrative Medicine. I trained as a life coach through Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program, and I'm a certified intuitive and soul reader in the Soul Reading Method and Advanced Intuitive Energy Reading.

I also serve as a certified End-of-Life Specialist and volunteer with hospice patients through Capital Caring Health — work that has profoundly shaped how I hold space for others.

My earlier career took me through teaching, training, HR leadership, and international exchange work. I hold degrees in Psychology and Art History (BA) and Intercultural Management (MA), and I'm certified in TESOL. I'm a forever student — including completing coursework in Positive Intelligence for coaches.

Outside of work, I'm a mom to twin 21-year-old boys, an avid traveler, an artist, and someone who finds meaning in both adventure and quiet reflection.

Art, creativity, and intuition

Creative activities are good for the soul — and I believe creativity and intuition come from the same source. When you enter a flow state through making something, you become quiet, receptive, and attuned. That's the same state where intuition surfaces. I love making art and creating. Here are some of my paintings. Plus all the photos and drawings on this website are my own.

Ready to work together?

If something here resonates, I'd love to connect. Sessions are available in person in the Takoma Park and Bethesda areas and virtually. Or drop me a note if you have a question.
